If you're interested in The Dark Forest by Liu Cixin, I am assuming that you have already read the Three-Body Problem, the first book in the Remembrance of Earth's Past series and you're contemplating whether you should read the next book in the trilogy. In my case, I wasn't invested in the 3-Body Problem until I reached the last 100 pages, which left me really wondering what would happen next. Like a lot of other readers who had mixed feelings about the first book, The Dark Forest caught me by surprise.
